Only a fifteen minute drive from Blue Hill, the village of Brooklin offers several public boat and kayak landings, an award winning public library, a general store, and two restaurants. The Tree House - Flye Point, Brooklin, Maine

The Tree House is a one-bedroom garage apartment with private entrance, a deck and a beautiful view of Blue Hill Bay. The large main room has a sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has twin beds and bath. The apartment is light and airy, fully insulated and heated. It is quiet and private, away from the road nestled in the trees on the edge of a field going down to the water.
There is a path to the shore with easy access for kayaking and swimming. Flye Point is also ideal for walking and biking.

June and September $600 per week.
July and August $700 per week.
