We had a Northern Mockingbird eating barberries yesterday right by the back deck. Today a beautiful Fox Sparrow was actually on the deck picking up seeds the Juncos had spilled. The crabapples are disappearing fast because of the large flocks of Robins coming through. Last Friday, Nov. 11, there were huge numbers of Robins and Saturday I only counted 5. The numbers are back up this week but not like they were.
