1st year male YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD

This western vagrant was hanging out with a flock of 98 migrant blackbirds passing through. The YHBL was consuming white millet off the ground. In the last 8 days the numbers of blackbirds has been varing between 40 to 200 individuals. The numbers of vagrants in the last part of October and 1st part of November always keeps things exciting as the major part of the fall migration is winding down.
